At the same time the Chaos Palace emerged behind Shen Mu, complete with the Thirty-Six Heavenly Palaces and the Seventy-Two Treasure Palaces, and his Chaos Palace sat enthroned within the Yujing City formed by the Seventy-Two Treasure Palaces, becoming the supreme seventy-third treasure palace!
"Attaining the Dao by force! " Despair filled Haotianzun's heart, for Thirty-Six Heavenly Palaces and Seventy-Two Treasure Palaces meant beyond doubt the standard of attaining the Dao by force, and even though Shen Mu had not yet stepped across the Chaos Palace to ascend its Imperial Throne, he was already sufficient to attain the Dao by force!
Clearly, in these three thousand years Shen Mu had absorbed three other kinds of Imperial Throne techniques and made up the number of his heavenly palaces.
And those three heavenly palaces could by no means have come from Jingping, for during these three thousand years Shen Mu had remained in the Ancestral Court suppressing Yujing City and the World Tree. Then those three heavenly palaces could only have come from within the Ancestral Court, and the techniques most easily obtained by Shen Mu were those of Xu Shenghua, Lan Yutian, Daozu, Jiang Baigui, and the others.
Had they been Imperial Throne techniques gained from others it would have been one thing, for after all all divine powers under heaven come forth from Miluo, and in any technique or power the shadow of Miluo Palace can be found.
But Xu Shenghua, Lan Yutian, and Jiang Baigui were different.
Of the three, Xu Shenghua and Lan Yutian had opened the path of attaining the Dao from within, without reliance on the outer, while Jiang Baigui was the great synthesizer of Houtian Dao attainment.
If Shen Mu absorbed the Imperial Throne techniques of these three, then his achievement in attaining the Dao by force would likely be matchless!
Attaining the Dao by force would raise his magic power and physique across the board, lifting them to an unimaginable degree, absolutely surpassing every Palace Lord of the seventy-two palaces!
Although attaining the Dao by force was an outer path, Shen Mu had long since cast off the Yujing trap, and the strength gained by his attainment by force belonged to himself alone, and added to his Five Tai Dao attainment and his Guixu Dao attainment, his battle power had surely reached a height Haotianzun could not imagine.
