With the sixth step Youdu pursued the wandering souls, with the seventh the primeval Jade Terrace stood firm in Xuandu. .
.
In a fleeting instant Shen Mu strode twenty-six steps in succession, twenty-six heavens of the Dao realm stacked as one, making his aura for a moment matchless.
Swift as lightning and thunder, he raced on, leaving strings of thunderclaps across the White Sand Desert, bearing overwhelming might to arrive before the Empress with crushing force!
"Mu Heavenly Venerable, you truly do not know death! " The Empress was beside herself with rage.
She had already been left by Shen Mu's One-Qi Primordial Dao Roam with robes ruined and her jade body hard to cover, and now Shen Mu, presuming upon crossing into some inexplicable realm, dared to strike even as Guixu arrived.
It was truly courting death!
"You seek death, and I shall grant it!
" The Empress's aura climbed madly, actually hastening Guixu's coming, and she met Shen Mu's blow head on!
At this moment Madam Yuanmu, controlling the Shenqi Yu Heavenly Venerable, was racing through the Taiji mineral veins.
She had already sensed the whereabouts of the Yan Heavenly Consort, and at the same time the Qiang Heavenly Consort could spare no care for the battle between Shen Mu and the Empress and went tracking the Shenqi Yu Heavenly Venerable. Just then a heaven-shaking palpitation came, making even the two Heavenly Venerables turn to look. They saw the Empress spitting blood and flying backward, her jade body pressed to the White Sand Desert and skimming swiftly backward across the desert's face!
The gazes of the two Heavenly Venerables froze.
They saw Shen Mu leaning forward, sliding aslant, swift as streaming light, and in a blink twenty-six great divine arts fell like linked arrows, bombarding the Empress madly! In that brief instant the Empress skidded hundreds of miles, while Shen Mu unleashed his great arts to the final blow and bowed with clasped hands! Boom!
The Empress's jade body lay sprawled as she flew through the air, and the space around her suddenly burst open into a mass of chaotic qi.
Surging waves of chaotic qi spun and erupted, blasting a vast hollow out of the Taiji Star Domain!
"Wretched little thief! " The Empress's furious voice rang out as she charged from the chaotic waves, her robes all but gone. She looked up, only to see Shen Mu leap high, the Other Shore Ark appearing beneath his feet to bear him whistling away in flight.
The Empress in her fury gave chase, but where could she still find that little thief?
